Apex worked with the builder Austexx to install all the common area light, power, voice and data to over 100 shop tenancies.

This project involved:

• Laying of some 40,000 metres of mains and sub-mains cabling
• Installing over 1,800 light fittings
• Coordination of fire, security and people counter systems

This complex is the largest direct factory outlet in Victoria and is one of the largest projects handled by Apex. The job was completed in time and on budget. Due to our high level of service provided at the construction stage, Apex is now continues to provide ongoing service to the centre management and some of the tenancies.
